Shingle roofing
Roof shingles are a roof covering consisting of individual overlapping elements. These elements are typically flat, rectangular
shapes laid in courses from the bottom edge of the roof up, with each successive course overlapping the joints below. Shingles are held by the roof rafters and are made of various materials such as wood, slate,
flagstone, metal, plastic, and composite materials
such as fibre cement
and asphalt shingles.

Modified Bitumen Roof
Durable and low-maintenance, modified bitumen has outstanding temperature resistance properties and helps to properly insulate a commercial building. It also reflects the sun’s rays, meaning your roofing system will remain cooler and give you better control over the indoor temperature. Modified bitumen also resists damage from fire, wind and hail, and is flexible enough to resist tears.

Dibuten
DIBITEN is a superior APP modified bitumen membrane reinforced with a high-quality nonwoven polyester mat and is one of the finest heat weld applied modified bitumen membranes ever produced not only for residential roofing but for commercial and industrial roofing as well.

Tile
Roof tiles are designed mainly to keep out rain, and are traditionally made from locally available materials such as terracotta or slate. Modern materials such as concrete, metal and plastic are also used and some clay tiles have a waterproof glaze.

Slate
Slate is a fine-grained, foliated, homogeneous metamorphic rock derived from an original shale-type sedimentary rock composed of clay or volcanic ash through low-grade regional metamorphism. It is the finest grained foliated metamorphic rock.
Silicon Roof and Deck Coatings
Silicone roof coatings are perhaps the most popular chemistry type in the roof restoration industry—and for good reason! They make a great solution to restore and protect a wide variety of commercial roofing substrates including metal, modified bitumen, single-ply, EPDM, TPO, built-up roofs, concrete roof decks, and spray polyurethane foam.
